Interested in bringing broadband internet to your rural community? NOW is the time to start developing a plan for funding your project. With our extensive experience in RUS Reconnect grants, CNE can be your strategic partner in acquiring funding. With the recent USDA webinars about Reconnect round 4, it’s not too early to start your strategic planning now.
The USDA Rural Utilities Service (RUS) provides funding through multiple programs, including the Reconnect Grant/Loan program. This program helps with construction or renovation of broadband technology in rural areas through grants and low-interest loans.
From planning and funding applications to completion of the project itself, the process can seem daunting. Our team of experts are here for you! CNE was involved in the original round of Reconnect funding and was key in getting the very first Reconnect project in the nation under construction! Our experience can be an invaluable asset for you. CNE works hard to understand the changes in each Reconnect Funding Opportunity and maintain their relationship with RUS staff to ensure complete, accurate, and successful projects. Read more here.
