Professional Engineer | We’re Hiring

CNE is now hiring a Professional Engineer.  The successful applicant will be a registered Professional Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.  We are looking with someone with at least 4 years of experience, preferably in OSP design or Rural Utilities Service. Some duties to be expected if hired include assisting in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects, including attending project meetings, and helping with business development efforts. Preparing Outside Plant (OSP) designs for Fiber-to-the-Premise projects and probable construction cost estimates for projects is also expected. Other responsibilities include preparing reports, funding applications, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental reports, permits and designs for project.  Other duties related to projects can be anticipated.
